Terms & Conditions

  • Candidates must be qualified buyers from the automotive aftermarket and feeding industries. 
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they are senior decision-makers and/or budget holders responsible for making purchases on behalf of their organizations.
  • Applicants who intend to promote their products and sell to exhibitors or attendees will not be considered for this program.
  • Buyers should attend the entire duration of the exhibition and attend all pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors.
  • Buyers should cover any additional expenses not included the program benefits.
  • The Organizers may choose not to provide the incentive to some applicants. The incentive is per company and not available to companies or buyers who previously received it at previous exhibitions.
  • The Organizers reserve the right to change the details of the program without notice.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation in the Hosted Buyers Program, you must notify the organizers at least 30 days in advance. Failure to do so or a no-show during the exhibition may result in you being barred from future Hosted Buyers Programs.
